Simple version: your first month is refundable, no questions asked. The details:
If BeforePress isn't what you expected, for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no calls, no "can I ask why". One sentence is enough.
Subscription renewals are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from your account page or by email; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the paid period.
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Separate from refunds: if we publish a signal that turns out to be materially wrong, we retract it and credit any metered charge for it. Report one via its receipt page or by email; accuracy reports get fixed fast and thanked personally.
